Terms of Service

Cerell provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform: embeddable visitor tracking (“Intel”), lead capture, AI chat with optional knowledge base (RAG), Slack notifications and human handoff, and optional B2B enrichment integrations.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your workspace. Role-based access (Owner, Admin, etc.) is available within your team.

You will not use Cerell to violate law, send spam, harass individuals, scrape without rights, attack our infrastructure, or embed on sites you do not control without authorization.

You must obtain valid consent from your site visitors where required (e.g. GDPR, ePrivacy) before tracking or collecting personal data through the embed.

You are responsible for the accuracy of knowledge base content used by the AI chatbot and for monitoring chat output on your site.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are stated on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Taxes may apply.

Plan limits (sessions, origins, retention, features) are enforced in software. Downgrades may disable features or require reducing usage.

You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant Cerell a limited license to host, process, and display data solely to provide the service.

You are the controller for visitor and lead data collected via your embed. Cerell processes that data as your processor. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request at privacy@cerell.eu.

Cerell retains all rights in the platform, embed loader, and documentation. You retain rights in your website content and knowledge base entries.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause downtime. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis unless a separate agreement applies.

You may delete your workspace at any time from Dashboard → Privacy & data. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or abuse.

On termination, workspace data is deleted per our retention policy. Export your data before deletion.

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. AI chat responses may be inaccurate; you must review critical use cases.

Cerell’s total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU law. Courts in Poland shall have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted.
