Cerell serves **B2B teams** and **D2C / ecommerce brands** on the same session-based plans.  
**Enrichment** (firmographics via your inbound webhook) is **B2B-only and optional**—D2C brands can use tracking, lead capture, and AI chat without it.

**Free tools** (audits, calculators, intent playground) are free forever and do not track sessions on your site.  
**Embed and session tracking** require a paid plan (Growth $79/mo or Scale $199/mo).
